Kathmandu. The government has started collecting suggestions and feedback from all over the country for the revision of the National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2076. <\/p>\n
According to the Ministry of Education and Sports, suggestions are being received from the field level with the objective of making the curriculum timely, practical, useful to life and effective. <\/p>\n
Seven teams of the National Curriculum Framework Revision Task Force formed under the leadership of Professor Dr. Bal Chandra Luitel will interact directly with different districts from today to September 15. The 12 thematic groups under the task force will reach 28 districts of all seven provinces and take suggestions from teachers, students, principals, parents, experts and representatives of the local governments. <\/p>\n
According to Mahendra Parajuli, executive director of the Curriculum Development Center, after the first phase of the visit to 28 districts, suggestions will be collected through all the 77 Education Development and Coordination Units and the website of the center. The goal is to complete this entire process before Tihar. <\/p>\n
The ministry has said that the curriculum will be revised keeping in mind the future of the future generation by understanding the real situation of the field, avoiding intellectual bias. The experience gained from discussions with the ministries of social development, municipalities and schools of the concerned provinces will be made the main basis of the revised curriculum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
