Kathmandu. The court has allowed the remand of medical practitioner Durga Prasain for one more day. On Thursday, the Kathmandu District Court allowed the Cyber Bureau to investigate for one more day. <\/p>\n
The Supreme Court had ordered Prasain to be present before the court in the writ of habeas corpus filed by him. <\/p>\n
Prasai was arrested by the Cyber Bureau on June 12. On the basis of the complaint of Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Rachana Khatiwada, the police are investigating him for a crime related to the Electronic Crime Act. <\/p>\n
