A division bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Bal Krishna Dhakal has been conducting the hearing. <\/p>\n
Earlier, a single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal had ordered Prasai to submit a written response within 48 hours along with the grounds and reasons behind his arrest. <\/p>\n
Prasai was arrested by the police on June 22. On the basis of the complaint of Rastriya Swatantra Party MP Rachana Khatiwada, the police are investigating him in connection with the Electronic Crime Act. <\/p>\n
Prasain has been accused of making derogatory remarks on YouTube saying that he exchanged the post of lawmaker with the body of Khatiwada’s son. <\/p>\n
