The closed session scheduled for 10:30 am today under the ongoing 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress in Kathmandu will begin after 4 pm, said NC Spokesperson Devraj Chalise. The program of the closed session scheduled at Khula Manch has been postponed after it was affected due to rain. <\/p>\n<p>The closed session will conclude the discussion on various proposals and reports and endorse them today itself. Discussions are underway on the political proposal of President Gagan Kumar Thapa, contemporary proposal of Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma, organizational report of General Secretary Gururaj Ghimire and financial report of Treasurer Umesh Shrestha. <\/p>\n<p>After the completion of the discussions, the proposal and report will be endorsed and the NC is preparing to move ahead by electing a new leadership tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
