KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the release of Durga Prasai, coordinator of the Campaign to save the nation, nationality, religion and culture, from jail. A division bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Megh Raj Pokharel issued the order on Monday. Uma Prasain had filed a habeas corpus petition at the Supreme Court last week, claiming that she was illegally detained. <\/p>\n<p>The Election Commission had written to the police to take action against Prasai for his involvement in election fraying.
