Pokhara\u2014The Gurung community of Pokhara celebrated the traditional and cultural festival of the Tamu (Gurung) community by organizing various programs today. Pokhara\u2014Tamu Dhin Nepal organized a grand rally in Pokhara on Tuesday. It is celebrated every year in the last month of July and March. <\/p>\n<p>The festival is celebrated on two Tuesdays of the month of Shrawan and Chaitra every year as a great festival of the Gurung people living in Pokhara from different provinces including Gandaki. In the past, it used to play for the security of the village and the state, but now it is played to establish the identity of Gurung.
