Issuing a notice on Monday, the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration shared that feedback and suggestions were being received on the preliminary draft of the bill. <\/p>\n
The preliminary draft of the bill, which the Ministry has been formulating with the objective of strengthening and institutionalizing the federal governance system, was made public on the official website of the Ministry on April 24, 2083. <\/p>\n
The suggestions received from the stakeholders, civil servants and the general public are encouraging. Apart from this, the comments and suggestions expressed on various social media are also being collected and analyzed. <\/p>\n
In order to make the bill more effective, the Ministry has formed a working group under the coordination of Chief of the Administrative Reform Division and has been systematically collecting, studying and analyzing the received suggestions. <\/p>\n
According to the ministry, since the draft is at a preliminary stage, it is accepted that there are many areas for improvement. It is assured that the suggestions received from the stakeholders will be studied and incorporated on the basis of appropriateness and justification before finalizing it. <\/p>\n
Earlier, the Ministry had said that opinions, suggestions and feedback could be sent through email and WhatsApp. <\/p>\n
The Ministry has urged all bodies concerned for their active participation and help to make the bill more effective and practical. <\/p>\n
