Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has expressed concern over Deputy Speaker Rubi Kumari signing the recommendation for the appointment of Chief Justice. He also expressed dissatisfaction over the signature of the deputy speaker who is from the party in the appointments made by the government by breaching the rules and procedures. <\/p>\n

He claimed that the government made a big mistake by recommending a person in the fourth rank as the Chief Justice. <\/p>\n

“It is regrettable that even the deputy speaker who left our party has signed the decision violating the seniority order at a time when pressure and influence was created in the appointment meeting by bringing issues like MCC and SPP,” reads the statement. The Labour Culture Party opposes the practice of promoting politics by violating the law. \u2019<\/p>\n

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court National Assembly Chairman Narayan Dahal and Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe have expressed their disagreement with the decision of the Constitutional Council to recommend Manoj Kumar Sharma. <\/p>\n
