KATHMANDU: The construction of a new hall for the House of Representatives has reached the final stage. <\/p>\n<p>It is said that preparations are being made to deliver the budget speech on May 29 from this new assembly hall. <\/p>\n<p>According to the construction team, the work of installing sound system, camera, chairs and lights is going on inside the hall. The construction work, which was delayed despite extending the deadline time and again, has now been expedited with the target of Jeth 15. <\/p>\n<p>The House of Representatives meeting is being held from the temporary hall as the construction work has not been completed.
