Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle has announced that the customs rate of 11 different levels has been reduced to seven levels. Reading out the budget statement for the coming fiscal year (2083\/84), Finance Minister Wagle said that the tax limit has been drastically reshuffled. <\/p>\n<p>He said the government has adopted the policy of making tax compliance a partner in development. He also announced the scrapping of excise duty on 360 different items. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The country is now at a decisive juncture of macroeconomic reforms,&#8221; he said.
