Of the 26 people we questioned, 25 said that the drink was not an energy drink in any way and that it was dangerous to drink it. The doctors say that this drink is not fit to drink due to the high amount of sugar, especially the deadly chemical. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-91245\" src=\"https:\/\/media.kalopati.com\/uploads\/2026\/06\/extreme-7-1024x663.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"663\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Of the 26 people questioned, 11 claimed that energy drinks, including Extreme, were no different from mild poison. Among the questioned, 2 people claimed that not only Extreme, but also drinks like Max Tiger and Red Bull were not energy drinks but sugar water. <\/p>\n<p>Of the 26 people questioned, 1 said that drinking extreme energy drinks sometimes when feeling weak does not make a difference. &#8220;Sometimes it doesn&#8217;t matter if you eat. Due to the high sugar content in it, sometimes it does not matter if you feel very weak. The doctors argued that this drink is made only for adults and children should not be allowed to use this energy drink. In addition, 3 people who participated in our question claimed that it is a crime not only from a health point of view but also from a legal point of view to involve children in the sale and distribution of energy drinks like Xtreme. &#8220;In foreign countries, there is a clear law about the age group in which such energy drinks can be sold and which are not. Although there are some laws in Nepal, they have not been implemented. But it is a crime to allow children to use extreme energy drinks.
