The meeting will discuss the budget headings of 9 ministries in a group manner. The ministries include the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Environment and the Ministry of Information and Communications. Similarly, the lawmakers will put their views on the budget headings of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Education and Sports, Health and Food Sanitation, Land Management, Cooperatives, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration and Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minority and Social Security. <\/p>\n
Along with the discussion on the budget, 5 lawmakers will present a proposal to cut the expenditure of various ministries in the parliament. Similarly, Kriparam Rana presented a proposal seeking to reduce the expenditure of the budget of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies to ‘one rupee’. <\/p>\n
Lawmaker Nita Ghatani and lawmaker Arjun Kumar Karki have proposed to reduce the expenditure of the Ministry of Education and Sports to Rs 1 in the meeting. <\/p>\n
Likewise, Sajida Khatun Siddiqui proposed to cut the expenditure of the Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene and the Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities and Social Security.
