Kathmandu. The initial public offering (IPO) of Everest Colours Limited has been allotted on Thursday. Muktinath Capital, the issue manager of the company, has completed the IPO allotment. <\/p>\n
The company had issued 6,55,700 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public from June 5 to June 7. The total issue amount was Rs 6,55,70,000. <\/p>\n
A total of 2,687,421 investors had applied for 2,88,33,720 units of shares in the IPO. Out of them, 26,41,959 applications have been approved while the remaining applications have been rejected due to various reasons. <\/p>\n
After receiving more applications than the demand, the shares were allotted through the lottery system. According to the allotment result, 65,570 applicants have been allotted 10 units of shares each.
