The registration of delegates has already started at 10 am. Party President Rabi Lamichhane is scheduled to formally inaugurate the closed session at 2:00 pm after lunch time at 11:45 am. <\/p>\n
Immediately after the commencement of the closed session, the schedule has been made public in such a way that the reports of various bodies will be discussed. Ramakanta Rimal will present the report of the Discipline Commission from 2:10 pm to 2:30 pm and then treasurer Lima Adhikari will present the party’s financial report. <\/p>\n
Joint General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya is scheduled to present the statute amendment proposal endorsed by the central committee from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm today. <\/p>\n
