Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) leader Hari Dhakal has claimed that the party&#8217;s first general convention underway in Chitwan has given special priority to inclusion. <\/p>\n<p>He said that special attention has been given to inclusion in the team elected as the central member from the general convention. He also said that organizational strengthening, inclusivity and the role of cadres have been specially evaluated. <\/p>\n<p>Dhakal admitted that the organization was not yet fully trained at the grassroots level and added that there was no weakness in the leadership selection process in the party. According to him, the representatives from all over the country have given special priority to those actively involved in geography, organization building and contributing to the movement. <\/p>\n<p>He said, &#8220;The organization is not yet fully trained at the grassroots level, but the representatives have wisely selected the team that will be deployed in the organization and the geography.&#8221; In terms of inclusion, this time the central committee has been good. Women still have a tough road to get into politics, but participation has increased. This is a positive sign. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the overall election results, he said the delegates had judiciously evaluated the hard work of the party cadres. <\/p>\n<p>Dhakal said that the new central committee has been reformed in comparison to the previous structure. According to him, inclusivity in the new team has been well ensured, although he indicated that some areas need further improvement. <\/p>\n<p>Dhakal said that especially women still have to overcome challenging paths to join politics. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
