Kathmandu. Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe has said that one should take the right path to reach the destination. Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that the government has gone on the wrong path while reviewing the 100 days. <\/p>\n
“The Constitution of Nepal has made the Prime Minister accountable to the parliament. Parliament is the representative body of the sovereign people. The Prime Minister is a member of the same organization. His government has survived on the trust of that parliament. Therefore, the Prime Minister should be accountable to the Parliament. But after observing the working style of the Prime Minister in the last 100 days, I remind the Prime Minister that after climbing the axis, one should not forget the ladder. Will you forget the parliament that will take you to the axis of power and take you to the axis? Undermining Parliament?” <\/p>\n
The Prime Minister said that he thinks writing a message on social media is more effective than being present in the parliament. <\/p>\n
“In a democracy, being popular and being accountable are not the same thing, Mr. Speaker. At the same time, I would like to remind you that being famous and being popular are not the same.
