Kathmandu. A meeting of the secretaries of the Government of Nepal has decided to send the surplus employees to the federal, provincial and local levels as per the need. <\/p>\n
A meeting of the secretaries held under the leadership of Chief Secretary Govinda Bahadur Karki on Monday took 22 different decisions. This is the first meeting of secretaries after Balen Shah was appointed as the Prime Minister. <\/p>\n
The meeting has decided to adjust the employees in the approved posts after conducting a new organization and management survey and send the employees who are in excess to the places where there is a shortage. <\/p>\n
The secretaries have also decided to expedite the transfer of land revenue and survey services to the local level. For this, the Ministry of Federal Affairs will have to enhance the institutional and technical capacity of the local levels. <\/p>\n
The secretaries have pledged to make the services of the offices with more public relations easy, simple and free of middlemen. Now the employees working there will have to help the service recipients who do not know how to write applications and complaints. <\/p>\n
The secretaries have pledged to give high priority to bringing Nepal out of the grey list of money laundering and all would complete their responsibilities on time. From now on, when the employees are transferred, they will have to prepare and hand over the details of the organizational memory for the continuity of their work. <\/p>\n
