Police Headquarters, Naxal has directed them to come into contact within seven days. Issuing a notice on Monday, the office directed the officials to appear before the court with a satisfactory explanation within seven days. <\/p>\n
Earlier, they had not come in contact even when searching and pasting information in the office. The Police Headquarters has warned that if they do not come in contact within the stipulated time, they will be dismissed from the service. If they fail to appear before the court within the stipulated time, action will be taken against them as per the following (b) (f) of Rule 113 of Police Rules, 2071. According to the headquarters, they have been given the last chance to clean up through a public notice. <\/p>\n
Two Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) of Police are among those who have gone missing. Kathmandu Valley Police Office, Ranipokhari s. Okay. Tirtha Bahadur Budha and Area Police Office, Lekbesi, Surkhet. Durga Raj Malla has been absent for a long time. <\/p>\n
Police constable Nageshwor Yadav, who was stationed at the residence of Chief District Officer in Okhaldhunga, Subodh Prasad Patel, technical police constable at Madhes Province Police Training Centre, and Dev Krishna Raut, a security guard at Bharatpur Airport, have also not come into contact. Police constable Jayanti Thapa Magar of Area Police Office Chandrawati, Tanahun and constable Sanjay Pariyar of Area Police Office Kohalpur, Banke have also been asked to appear before the court with clarification. <\/p>\n
Likewise, technical police constable Gita Medasi and policeman Raj Kumar Rawat of Karnali Province Police Office are also absent voluntarily. Likewise, constable Dhruba Raj Padhya of District Traffic Police Office, Kanchanpur, and Suresh Kumal, a prison security guard, have also been out of contact for a long time. <\/p>\n
