Kathmandu. Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, has said that the laws required for the development of the country should be amended as per the aspirations of the people. <\/p>\n
Talking to local journalists today, she said it would be difficult to carry out works as per the plan as the laws could not be formulated as per the people’s expectation. Minister Gautam said, “It will be difficult to give results if laws are not made according to the people’s aspirations and not the aspirations of the leadership.” \u201d<\/p>\n
She said that the fiscal year 2083\/84 has been declared as the year of law reform and 166 laws should be formulated. Minister Gautam said that the laws that obstruct the work would be amended immediately and the issue of 30 years of service and 55 years of age limit in the civil service was under process. <\/p>\n
