Although the verdict was made in December 2081, its full text has only recently been made public. A division bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Sunil Kumar Pokharel issued the order on Tuesday. <\/p>\n
KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) and dairy entrepreneurs not to pay their dues on time. <\/p>\n
The apex court has also ordered the government to develop a system where the price of milk is paid in a regular cycle from now on, and to make policy, legal and managerial arrangements and facilitations. <\/p>\n
Advocates Punya Prasad Khatiwada and Deepak Bikram Mishra had filed a writ petition at the apex court demanding payment of dues of dues.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
