National Assembly Vice-Chairman Bhandari relieved of responsibilities

Kathmandu. Lila Bhandari has stepped down from her party responsibilities after being elected the vice-chairperson of the National Assembly.

Bhandari, who is also the member of the CPN-UML’s politburo, has announced that she has stepped down from all responsibilities as per parliamentary norms after assuming the responsibility of the Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly.

Bhandari was elected to the National Assembly on Tuesday.
