Kathmandu. Police have arrested a person on the charge of cheating money on the pretext of getting him a job by passing various rounds of examinations of Nepal Police.
The arrested is 30-year-old Laxman BK of Bheriganga Municipality-1 in Surkhet district. According to the police, he swindled people by demanding money on the promise of recruiting them in the police on different dates.
According to District Police Office, Banke’s information officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Patali, BK was arrested by a police team deputed from Area Police Office, Kohalpur, Banke. The Banke District Court has remanded BK in custody for five days in connection with the fraud case.
