Cabinet meeting to be held at 3 pm

Kathmandu. The cabinet meeting is taking place today. The meeting has been called at 3 pm.

The meeting is scheduled to discuss the issues of rehabilitation of flood victims, staff promotion recommendation committee and federal civil service bill, among others.

According to sources, the government is preparing to promote secretaries on the administrative side and technical side. The promotion committee has already recommended Abha Shrestha Karna, Chakra Bahadur Budha and Jaya Narayan Acharya from the administration.

Similarly, in the technical category, Dr. Jagadish Karmacharya, Nabin Raj Singh and Meena Shrestha have been recommended for the post of secretary. The government is preparing to promote one senior joint secretary each from the administrative and technical side to the post of secretary.
