Kathmandu. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expressed deep concern over the missile attacks taking place in the Middle East and wished that the smoke of war should not enter Nepal under any cover.

Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN-UML) Oli has said that he could not even sleep due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East through social media.

He said that hundreds of thousands of Nepali citizens living in the area are in a situation of crisis and fear, and their families have to live in constant distress in Nepal.

Oli wrote, “I have not been able to sleep today due to the sight of the smoke of missiles falling from the sky over the countries of the Middle East. Millions of Nepalis are in distress and turmoil in those countries, their families are forced to live here in distress. ’

He said although it is natural for people to travel all over the world for employment, education and opportunities in today’s open world, war and geo-political conflict are unusual and dangerous situations. He also said that due to the selfishness of power, some countries are forced to go to war.
