Kathmandu. CPN-UML General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel is trailing in Dang Constituency-2. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP)’s joint general secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya has won the constituency by a wide margin.
Out of 3,915 votes counted so far, Acharya of the Rastriya Janata Party (RSP) has secured 2,429 votes. UML General Secretary Pokharel is trailing with 583 votes. Nepali Congress candidate Kiran Kishor Ghimire got 387 votes while Nirmal Acharya of Nepali Communist Party (NCP) got 213 votes.
A total of 82,600 votes were cast in Dang-2.
