Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane to address House of Representatives meeting

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane is scheduled to address the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday.
