RPP demands proof of PM’s statement on border

Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) parliamentary party leader Gyanendra Shahi has demanded that Prime Minister Balen Shah submit proof of his statement that Nepal has encroached on India’s territory.

Speaking in an emergency hour of the House of Representatives today, he said although there is freedom of expression in a democracy, the Prime Minister’s expression is also responsible.

He also drew the attention of the Prime Minister not to talk about the things done in tea shops on the basis of speculation.

“The nation does not run on the basis of conjectures, it does not run on the basis of emotions. I request you to present evidence,” he said. This is not a tea shop. I request you to submit proof that Nepal has encroached on India’s border. ’
