Today is the last day to update the active membership of the Nepali Congress.

Kathmandu. The deadline for the renewal of active membership of the Nepali Congress is left only today. According to the party, the membership can be updated till 12 midnight today.

General Secretary and Membership Management Central Committee Coordinator Pradip Poudel has appealed to all the active members left out to update their membership within the stipulated time.

According to the party, out of a total of 782,209 members eligible to update the active membership, 457,366 have received ACID as of June 10.

Apart from this, an additional 124,748 people have themselves submitted their forms and participated in the updated process, the party said.

General Secretary Poudel urged all active members to complete the update process immediately without waiting until the last minute as there may be technical problems due to multiple filling up forms at once as the deadline is about to expire.

Stating that provision has been made through the NC website that every active member can easily update the membership from his/her own mobile phone, he urged the ward chairperson or an informed person to update the membership on time if they are not aware of the process.

The Nepali Congress has been conducting active membership update campaign through online medium with the objective of making the membership management digital and systematic.
