Caution to make election fair and rigging-free (Seven photos)

Kathmandu. Warning has been taken to make the elections scheduled for March 4 free and fair and rigging-free. The precautionary programme has been organised at Maitighar Mandala with the objective of raising public awareness and drawing the attention of stakeholders.
