Nepal Army casts vote under proportional representation (seven photos)

Kathmandu. The army personnel who will be named in the voters’ list are casting their ballots from the temporary polling station at Bhadrakali in Kathmandu as the employees and security personnel can cast their votes under the proportional representation system.
