Kathmandu. CPN-UML lawmaker Tukabhadra Hamal has accused Prime Minister Balen Shah of discriminating against the directly elected and proportional representation (PR) lawmakers.
Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives, the Prime Minister expressed dissatisfaction saying that she met only directly elected MPs.
She said, “I have heard that I have given an opportunity to directly elected parliamentarians to discuss the development works. But why were those who came from the proportional representation deprived of that opportunity
?
She also demanded the immediate release of former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak.
