Elephants in the Fog

Elephants in the fog   is a gripping Nepali thriller-drama that follows Pirati, a transgender matriarch leading a small community of trans women at the edge of a rural village bordered by an elephant-inhabited forest. While secretly planning to escape her demanding life with her secret lover, her world is upended when her favorite adopted daughter mysteriously vanishes during a foggy nighttime elephant patrol.
