Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Controversial medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has been arrested on the charge of saving the nation, nationality, religion, culture and citizens.
A team from the District Police Range, Bhaktapur arrested Prasain from his residence on Sunday morning. Prasain has been kept in custody at the Bhaktapur District Police.
The Nepal Bandh was announced today under the leadership of Prasain. He made a provocative statement that the former royal family would be on the streets. However, there are no plans for the former royal to hit the streets.
