Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The central secretariat meeting of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has begun at its central office in Banasthali today.
Party President Rabi Lamichhane, who was not present in the meeting due to his health condition, joined the meeting virtually.
Today’s meeting is expected to decide whether to submit the final list of candidates from the proportional representation system to the Election Commission.
