Kathmandu. The work of connecting the Acro Bridge started by the Nepal Army 5 days ago to ease transportation in Devighat area of Nuwakot has been completed.
After the devastating flood in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwa swept away the concrete bridge, there was a problem in the movement of the general public. The army team completed the construction of the bridge by working continuously.
With the installation of the new bridge, pedestrian traffic will be opened from tomorrow and vehicles will also be allowed to operate from Parsi.
Earlier, the flood in the Bhotekoshi River had swept away a concrete bridge in Nuwakot and surrounding areas, cutting off the vehicular connectivity in Nuwakot and surrounding areas.
