2,572 missing in six months in Madhes Province

Kathmandu. The number of people disappearing in the last six months has alarmingly increased in Madhes Province, according to the Madhes Province Police Office.

According to Kamal Thapa, spokesperson of the Provincial Police Office, 2,572 people have gone missing in the last six months in Madhes province.TAG_OPEN_p_9 Of them, 1,501 have been found and the rest are still missing. According to the police, 1,448 people have gone missing in the month of Poush alone.
