. The price of gold has reached all- time high in the local market on Sunday. Prices of both metals fell on Friday compared to Thursday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of hallmark gold is Rs 3,TAG_OPEN_p_7 700 per tola today. Similarly, silver is being traded at Rs 755 per tola.
Earlier, the price of gold was Rs 3,TAG_OPEN_p_6 39,300 per tola and silver was Rs 7,305 per tola. Accordingly, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 20,500 per tola and silver has decreased by Rs 440 per tola.
On Wednesday, the price of gold was Rs 3,18,300 per tola and Rs TAG_OPEN_p_5 7,300 per tola gold. Similarly, silver price had risen by Rs 3,300 per tola on Tuesday and silver was Rs 6,325 per tola.
According to media reports, gold is being traded at USD 5,537 per ounce and silver at USD 11 TAG_OPEN_p_4 7 per ounce in the international market today.
