Kathmandu. A man has been arrested in possession of illegal silver ornaments in Sarlahi.
The arrested is Gauri Shankar Sah, 55, of Malangawa municipality-9 of the district. According to the District Police Office, Sarlahi, police confiscated 915.460 grams of silver ornaments from Sah.
Police arrested Sah who was smuggling silver from India from the road in front of Trial Centre at Malangawa municipality-9.
Sah has been handed over to Sarlahi Customs Office, Malangawa for necessary legal process, police said.
