Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has jacked up the prices of petroleum products. The NOC has increased the price of petroleum products effective from 12 noon on Monday.

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petrol by Rs 15 per litre and diesel by Rs 10 per litre.

According to the corporation, the price has been increased due to the tension between the US, Israel and Iran.

In a press release, the corporation said, “The price has been compelled to increase due to adverse circumstances. The corporation is aware and sensitive to the impact of this on the consumers. ’

With the rise in the price of crude oil in the international market, its direct impact has been seen in Nepal as well.
