Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane returns Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has returned to Kathmandu after completing the legal process set by the Parsa District Court.

Lamichhane, who arrived in Birgunj via Simara on Wednesday, appeared before the Parsa District Court and completed the remand hearing. He returned to Kathmandu the same afternoon amid security arrangements after completing the necessary process at the court.

Tight security arrangements were made in the court premises since early morning in view of his presence. A joint team of Nepal Police and Armed Police Force (APF) personnel was mobilized to manage the possible crowd. When Lamichhane reached the court, his supporters had also gathered in the vicinity.

Lamichhane has been appearing before the court time and again in connection with various cases in the past. With his last appearance, he returned to Kathmandu fulfilling his obligations as per the legal process.
