Today is the last day to apply for the Snow Rivers IPO

Kathmandu. Today is the last day to apply for the IPO issued by Snow Rivers Limited for the locals of the project-affected areas. The company had received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 18,75,000 units of shares at a price of Rs 100 per share.

In the first phase, 9,37,500 units have been allotted for local residents and 93,750 units for foreign employment holders.

Among the project affected people, 468,750 units have been allotted for the most affected residents of Sirijanga Rural Municipality-8 while the remaining shares have been allocated for the residents of other affected areas.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 10,000 units. The application forms can be submitted from the branch offices of various banks and financial institutions.
