Rain and thundershowers likely at some places

Kathmandu. The weather is clear in many parts of the country including the Kathmandu Valley.

There is a possibility of rain and snowfall at some places towards the afternoon, the Meteorological Forecasting Division said.

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be generally cloudy in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi Province and in the rest of the hilly areas of Koshi Province today.

Light rain or thunder likely to occur at a few places of the hilly region of Koshi Province, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province and at one or two places of hilly region of Koshi Province and at a few places of hilly region of Gandaki Province and Province 50.

Light rain will occur at some places of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces.
