Online complaint registration system to be implemented in Bagmati from Parsi to Bagmati for the return of savings

Kathmandu. The Bagmati Province government is to implement a system of registering complaints online from July 15 to make the recovery process of savings from problematic cooperatives more systematic.

Bagmati Province Chief Minister Indra Bahadur Baniya said an environment would be created for the resumption of problematic cooperatives. Chief Minister Baniya has said that a situation will be created for all the cooperatives declared to be troubled now that they will get the money.

The process of returning the savings of small savers of five problematic savings and credit cooperatives in Bagmati Province has begun from Wednesday. Civil Savings and Credit Cooperatives Soltimode, Darshan Savings and Credit Cooperatives Kirtipur, Sumeru Savings and Credit Cooperatives Pulchowk, National Namobuddha Savings and Credit Cooperatives Samakhusi and Laligurans Savings and Credit Cooperatives Khusibu have been declared problematic in the province.

Shiva Prasad Sigdel, chairperson of the problematic cooperative management committee, said that they have to work hard to create an environment conducive for the borrowers to repay the loan.
