Traffic police take action against 1,254 people in 24 hours

Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against drivers of 1,254 vehicles.

As of Wednesday morning, the traffic police have conducted checks in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley and action was taken against 33 drivers for drunk driving, 76 through CCTV and 51 for driving under red light.

Similarly, 149 drivers were taken for speeding, 45 for not wearing horns, 96 for lane crossing, 33 for not being in good condition, 19 for one-way traffic and 752 for others.
