Kathmandu. On the first trading day of the week, the stock market fell by a high of 2600 points.
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index decreased by 19.13 points to close at 2,599.58 points today. The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index on Thursday fell on Thursday.
Today, the sub-indices of all the sub-indices fell by more than one percent while the market was in the red. Shares of 299 companies fell today and 47 advanced. Similarly, the shares of 2 companies have not fluctuated.
Shares of Panchakanyamai Hydro fell nearly 10 percent today. Overall, shares of Sarbottam Paints rose 15 percent on the day of the market’s decline. Today, the transaction amount has also decreased.
A total of 85,72,000 units of shares of 350 companies were traded for Rs 3.23 billion today.
