Newly appointed Executive Director Shrestha of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA)

KATHMANDU: Newly appointed Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Dirgha Kumar Shrestha has taken oath of office and secrecy.

Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Biraj Bhakta Shrestha took the oath of office and secrecy to Shrestha on Wednesday morning.

On the occasion, Minister Shrestha directed to work sincerely by making a system. He also suggested to maintain high coordination with the agencies of the ministry.

On the occasion, Minister Shrestha thanked him for his successful performance as the acting Chief Executive Director during the challenging time of the Bhotekoshi floods.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on September 18 had appointed Shrestha to the post.
