. KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Police Range has arrested a person with undisclosed cash. A special patrol team has arrested a person with Rs 1.85 million in cash from Talung area of Budhanilkantha municipality-1.
According to the police, Prabin Kishan, 45, of Udayapur and currently living in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, was found walking suspiciously at around 4:3 TAG_OPEN_p_3 0 am on Thursday and the cash was recovered.
Police have arrested Kisan for further investigation after he failed to disclose the legal source of the recovered money.TAG_OPEN_p_2 According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Pawan Kumar Bhattarai at the District Police Range, Kathmandu, the arrested persons have been sent to the Inland Revenue Office, Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur for necessary action.
