Kathmandu. Police have arrested a man in possession of weapons from Bhaktapur. The arrested is Ayan Sedhai, 31, of Palungtar municipality-9 in Gorkha district and currently living at Suryabinayak municipality-8, Bhumdol.
A team from the Armed Police Force (APF) Intelligence Bureau arrested him from Ganesh Basti of Suryabinayak municipality-8, Sipadole.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Prakash Jabeg at the Bhaktapur District Police Range, a self-loaded rifle, INSAS and four rounds of bullets were
recovered from him.
Police in plain clothes raided and confiscated one round of rubber bullets, one bullet used in the shotgun, a khukuri and an axe.
