Kulman Ghising casts his vote

Kathmandu. Kulman Ghising, chairman of Ujyalo Nepal Party, cast his vote at a polling booth in Kathmandu.

Ghising cast his vote from the polling centre set up at Janakalyan Secondary School in Mahankal of Bouddha at 7 am today.
