Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower IPO opens

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited has opened the initial public offering (IPO) from today for project-affected locals and overseas migrant workers.

The company has been permitted to issue 4,230,668 units of shares worth Rs 4,230,66,800 i.e. 35.26 percent of the issued capital of Rs 1.20 billion. Out of the total offered shares, 12 lakh units have been set aside for the project-affected locals of Bhojpur district. Likewise, 3,03,067 units have been set aside for the employees of the company, 1,51,533 units have been set aside for the mutual funds and 60,613 units have been set aside for the employees of the company.

Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units. Applications for project-affected locals will be open till March 26 at the earliest and till April 11 for foreign employment Nepalis at the earliest and till March 26 at the latest. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
